February 25, 1964 – 22-year-old Cassius Clay shocks the odds-makers by dethroning world heavyweight boxing champ Sonny Liston in a seventh-round technical knockout. Clay predicted victory, boasting that he would “float like a butterfly, sting like a bee.”

November 25, 1980 – Sugar Ray Leonard regains boxing’s welterweight title when his opponent, reigning champ Roberto Duran, waves his arms and walks away from the fight in the eighth round. “No más, no más,” Duran told the referee.
