Robert Crews of Jacksonville, Fla., pushes his dogs Angel and Patches down Cassat Avenue Friday, May 30, 2014, using a wheelchair to take them for their walk. According to Crews, Angel “is 18 years old and has bad hips. Since she can’t walk I get her time outside like this.” Patches, still a puppy, gets to go along for the ride.
