What is Total Fitness? We tend to think of it as hitting the gym and getting that killer workout. Or getting that great morning run in before work. Then add in a healthy eating regimen. Now we’ve arrived, right? Actually, there is much more to leading a totally fit lifestyle. There are four components to a comprehensive approach: physical, mental, social and spiritual. It is the balance of these four that lead to wellness, happiness and productivity.
“Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity.” – John F. Kennedy
“There are no dead ends in life, only dead end thinking.” – Orin Woodward
“The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances: if there is any reaction, both are transformed.” – C.G. Jung
“Your beliefs become your thoughts,
Your thoughts become your words,
Your words become your actions,
Your actions become your habits,
Your habits become your values,
Your values become your destiny.”
